Why this honor matters

The annual survey hands down rankings based on feedback from pilots and aviation professionals who rely on Garmin products every day. This means unbiased parties rate companies based on their own personal experiences in the cockpit of their business jets, pressurized turboprop airplanes and turbine-powered helicopters.
The Garmin aviation team has long prided itself on delivering the best service to its customers, and it consistently shows in AIN’s survey.
“I want to congratulate our entire team on this incredible accomplishment. It couldn’t have been done without everyone pulling in the same direction to do what we do best — providing exceptional support to our customers,” said Phil Straub, Garmin Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Aviation.
