Shipping and Delivery

Online Orders

Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Only 1 payment method will be accepted per order.

When you place your order, we will place a pending authorization charge on your credit card. The actual charge will process when your package ships to you.

Check Your Status to find out if your order or repair has shipped as well as track your package.

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship online purchases only to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship online orders to U.S. territories.

Online orders containing devices must be shipped to a physical street address. Online orders containing products other than devices (such as accessories and maps) can be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Please call (913) 397-8200 (outside the U.S.) or (800) 800-1020 (within the U.S.) to place your order.

Use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized Garmin dealer in your country. We can ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico and South America if an order is placed by phone.

Shipping Options

We choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on your delivery requirements. The current options for shipping in the U.S. are:

Ground shipping (2–5 business days): $5 (free on orders over $25)
2nd business day (2–3 business days): $11 (free on orders over $499)
Next business day (1 business day): $18

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Ground shipping (2–5 business days): Dec. 14
2nd business day (2–3 business days): Dec. 19
Next business day (1 business day):Dec. 20

If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you may not select the 2–5 business days option. Shipping charges are subject to applicable sales tax.

Shipping costs vary if shipping outside the U.S. and may include additional duties, customs fees or brokerage fees.

NOTICE: Due to international and national shipping regulations, some products cannot ship via air. Please be advised your selected shipping method may be changed to meet these restrictions and that the shipping lead time may be impacted.
