Garmin proves Great Britain is more than just torque at the British Motor Show

MotorshowGarmin is set to cause a stir at this year’s British International Motor Show in London from the 23rd July to the 3rd August as we’ll be arriving in style with three stands for 2008!

Things to look out for include a Ford Kuga and the Team Garmin Powerboat which has recently returned from the Round Britain Powerboat race! We’ll also have a Suzuki Scooter with the latest nüvi motorbike sat-nav technology attached. As you’ll expect, we’ll also have a wide selection of brand new Garmin products on display.

What we’re most excited about is Great British Drives.  We won’t tell you everything about this yet, but we’re set to take visitors on a journey to their favourite places to drive in the UK, as voted for by the public in a recent survey.

The Garmin Great British Drives – situated in the West Entrance of the ExCel atrium – is an interactive experience which allows participants to see, hear and discover what it is like to drive along some of Britain’s best and worst loved roads. Keep an eye on the blog over the coming week for more information.
