Garmin Response - Scheduled Test Request

Please complete the form below to schedule a test of the SOS or Assistance Plus feature of your device.

After you complete this form, you will be notified by email when the test is approved. Forms should be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the test.

Note: An active subscription is required for SOS and Assistance Plus features. You must have an active subscription to test these features.



What to expect during the scheduled test of your device:

  1. At the scheduled time, you will activate the SOS or Assistance Plus feature on your device. Once the alert is received by Garmin Response, they will notify the person listed below and verify that all registration information is correct.
  2. Your emergency contacts will not be notified during the test unless you have programmed your device to notify them when SOS or Assistance Plus is activated. It is your responsibility to make your contacts aware of any tests being conducted so they do not get alarmed when they receive the email or SMS notification.
  3. Once you are notified by Garmin Response, you will need to send a cancel from your device in order for the test to be complete.
