Motorbike Diaries

The Garmin motorbike sat nav, the zῡmo G & D Relax in the Egyptian desert - zoomed has helped two novice adventurers travel 7000 miles in just 16 days.

Entrepreneur Graham Hoskins and actor Danny John-Jules (widely known as the Cat from the TV comedy Red Dwarf) took on the challenge which is due to be screened on TV this month.

The television programme, ‘Motorbike Diaries: Mad in the Med’ sees them ride through fifteen countries across three continents on two wheels.Garmin Graham says he couldn’t have done it without his zῡmo.  “The zῡmo exceeded all my expectations. It was invaluable in terms of reducing stress and time on the road and worked without fail through the heat of the Saharan desert and the cold and snow of Bulgaria. It was also a great help in north Africa and the Middle East, giving me guidance on the endless routes between cities. Indeed, my heart was in my mouth when Tunisian customs officials tried to confiscate them – the full story of that is in Episode 3!”

The programme will be screened on Extreme Sports channel starting Monday 21st Feb at 8pm and at 11am.
