Venu Sq™ Sweepstakes – Perfect Time To Move UK

• These terms and conditions (“Rules”) apply to the VENU SQ competition to be conducted by Garmin (Europe) Ltd. By entering this competition on Instagram, you agree to be bound by these Rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Promotion, the decision of Garmin shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

• The sweepstake will start from 12:00 p.m. GMT on 9 November, 2020 and will continue until 11:59 p.m. GMT on 13 November, 2020. Entries received outside of the sweepstake term and will be disqualified. All decisions of Garmin shall be final. There will be five winners participating into the competition.

• There are a total of five prizes (the “Prize”). Each prize will be awarded to one winner consisting of one Venu Sq – music edition. Colours may vary.

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Eligible persons may enter the Sweepstakes by following @GarminUK on Instagram and sharing an Instagram Story with @GarminUK and #PerfectTimeToMove tagged.
• a. Private Instagram accounts will need to send their uploaded story with the above account and hashtag tagged as a DM to @GarminUK for their entry to be visible and counted.

• The competition’s promoter is Garmin (Europe) Ltd of Liberty House, Hounsdown Business Park, Southampton, Hampshire SO40 9LR.

• All participants must be 18 years of age or over, and must be legal residents in the UK and Ireland, to be eligible for this Competition. Employees and their immediate families of Garmin International, Inc. (“Garmin”) and any of Garmin’s affiliated companies are not eligible.

• If you post outside of the date and time, or via a direct message to any Garmin Instagram accounts, your entry will not be counted.

• Garmin will provide each winner of the sweepstake with one VENU SQ of £229.99.

1. This competition is in no way affiliated with Instagram or its subsidiaries
2. The potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing from the pool of valid entries. The random drawings will be conducted by one or more employees of Garmin or an independent fulfilment entity. Winners will be announced by 05:00 PM GMT, 16 November, 2020
3. This will be by DM on Instagram. If any winner fails to acknowledge their win within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.
4. Garmin will act as judge by the prize winners. The judges’ decisions will be final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The Competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
6. Garmin will not store entrant’s names and will only review the posts on Instagram. No data will be stored by Garmin apart from the name of the winners. This data will be used for the explicit purpose of identifying and notifying the entrants that they’ve been selected as the winners
7. When participating in this competition, none of your statutory rights will be affected.
