For a more complete view of any extended adventure, users can combine multiple days of activities into a single experience with Garmin Epic in the Garmin Connect™ app. Whether you’re embarking on a weeklong backpacking trip or you’re at a training camp preparing for an upcoming triathlon, Garmin Epic can analyse summary stats and show you how you’ve progressed. Once you’ve started an Epic, you can track health summary stats, performance summary and trends, individual sports performance metrics, and acclimation and evaluation metrics.
Plus, fēnix 9 enhances stamina features so athletes can better understand the connection between endurance and performance. Stamina Curves helps users set their pace and hit PRs by seeing how their stamina is impacted over varying distances and how it changes as they progress in their training. Stamina Zones helps runners and cyclists manage exertion throughout a race through metrics such as managed stamina versus potential stamina.
