Bav 3Perfect for shorthanded sailing this docking system takes the stress out of entering your berth and makes mooring your boat like a professional seem simple.

The system consists of two thrusters, a joystick, and two actuators.  Mooring your boat couldn’t be easier, simply use the joystick to manouver in any direction and with a designated page on the Garmin plotter you are able to view the thruster status, rpm and gear status.

Daniel Kohl, Sail boat product manager at Bavaria says “Dock Control is the next step in Sailing assistant systems because we developed the functionalities by analysing the 120 customers on our test boat. The integration of Garmin into the system allows us to display safety relevant information’s like battery status of the thrusters, RPM, locked wheel on the plotter which is absolutely unique”. Bav 1
