OLATHE, Kan./Aug. 25, 2026 – Garmin (NYSE: GRMN) today announced ArcheryX, a first-of-its-kind smartwatch activity designed to help improve shooting accuracy and consistency with compound bows. This new feature comes standard on the the newly released fēnix^® 9 and fēnix 9 Pro and tracks the movement of an archer’s bow arm and body to provide real-time data, biometrics and actionable insights right from the wrist. Archers can also see a more detailed analysis after a shooting session and trends over time in the ShotView^™ smartphone app.

• Shot break analysis: Track the movement of the bow arm right before the moment of release to improve technique.
• Shot execution time: See the time from draw to release to help increase consistency.
• Arrow counter: Easily keep track of how many arrows are shot per session.
• Minutes of angle: ArcheryX measures the steadiness of each shot to provide archers with a “minutes of angle” statistic for each shot, allowing them to associate their hold stability to the shot result.
• Aim trace: See the trace of the wrist’s motion for each shot immediately after each shot, along with animated playback.
• Beyond the bow: Track heart rate, respiration rate and stress levels during a shooting session.
• See stats at a glance: Dig deeper into shooting performance and see trends over time in the ShotView app. Keep track of every arrow by session and see arrow count totals by day, week, month and year.
