Garmin expands service integrations to simplify and automate aircraft flight logging with PlaneSync

OLATHE, Kan./July15, 2026 – Garmin (NYSE: GRMN) today announced four new integrations with flyGarmin.com, enabling aircraft owners to easily share flight logs with additional analysis services. Pilotbase, TBX, PLANELOGIX and AircraftMXhave joined the growing list of aircraft analysis services, enabling pilots to automatically share aircraft flight logs from their Garmin avionics and receive customized reports on engine health, maintenance updates, flight analysis and more. These service integrations, coupled with a PlaneSync^™ subscription, allow aircraft owners to get the most out of the data their Garmin avionics collect every flight.

A better way to log each flight

From startup to shut down, compatible Garmin avionics can collect a wealth of information about each flight. When appropriately equipped, an aircraft flight log can include GPS track, attitude information, engine data, aircraft total time, departure time, CO levels and more. Following the flight, the data can be automatically uploaded to flyGarmin.com via the GDL^® 60 datalink and PlaneSync service¹. Data can also be transferred from compatible avionics via the Flight Stream 510 wireless gateway, which transfers aircraft flight logs to the Garmin Pilot app for uploading to flyGarmin.com. Additionally, for aircraft with AXIS™ flight displays or GI 275 EIS, pilots can wirelessly upload data using the Garmin Pilot app. A list of compatible avionics can be found at Garmin.com/FlightLogs.

Gain deeper insights through analysis services

Aircraft owners can access their flight logs via flyGarmin.com, where they can review flights, playback data and more. With new flyGarmin.com integrations, aircraft owners can now opt-in to share their flight logs automatically with many different service providers. Examples include aircraft and flight analysis, engine performance and trend analysis, aircraft record keeping and maintenance services, aircraft scheduling and more.

Pilotbase Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) turns flight data logs into actionable insights. Every flight is automatically imported, matched to its reservation, instructor, and student, and replayed in interactive 3D, with maneuvers, flight phases, and engine and attitude data drawn directly from Garmin avionics. TBX is a maintenance platform designed to manage compliance and connect aircraft owners with qualified aviation technicians in the area. PLANELOGIX is a turnkey aircraft maintenance record digitization solution, offering a secure shipping program for aircraft logbooks and uses in-house scanning operations to digitize aircraft history. Aircraft MX, a maintenance platform designed by pilots, for pilots, uses pre-built templates for popular aircraft makes and models to transform logbooks into searchable, digital records that streamline maintenance, scheduling, expenses and more.

All data analysis integrations are managed through flyGarmin.com. Once sharing is enabled, all current and future flight logs for the selected aircraft will be automatically shared with the service provider. Access to future logs can be changed at any time.
