Dental insurance
Comprehensive insurance is available for associates, spouses and their dependents. Additional fees may be incurred if the provider is not a participating dentist with Delta Dental.

Life insurance
Garmin covers the associate at 1 times his/her annual salary. Accidental death and dismemberment pays out at 2 times the associate’s annual salary.
3 weeks paid time off per year
Amounts increase at 5 and 10 years of service. Balances can be rolled over.
