Garmin Photo Navigation

At Garmin we're always looking for new ways to help to get you there and our new website will open up a whole new world of possibilities for you. Garmin Connect now has a photo navigation section on it which we've recently launched.

This allows you to browse the globe using Google Map and Panoramio* technology, whilst identifying places of interest that you wish to visit. It really is so simple:

1. Visit http://connect.garmin.com/photos and search for a location-tagged (geo-referenced) photograph from Google Panoramio

2. Choose and save location-tagged photos to your Garmin ‘Favourites’ to make a wish-list of places to visit (optional USB cable required).

3. Then at your leisure select a photo destination and Garmin gives you turn-by-turn directions to the scene.
