Data for hundreds of fixed, mobile (roadside or bridge locations) and temporary camera sites is built in to the nüvi range, as well as the locations of variable limit and red light speed cameras to keep you safe and speed conscious on the roads. Cyclops compares your position against a database of accident hotspots using GPS technology. As you approach a camera location, nüvi delivers an audible warning.

Free trial

Visit my.garmin.com to register your Garmin product. Every purchase includes a free trial period of Cyclops updates, including the latest changes and additions to temporary and new fixed camera locations. You can update your unit’s safety camera database as frequently as you wish.

Once the trial period has expired, you can purchase a 12-month subscription. If you choose not to subscribe, your nüvi will maintain safety camera alerts based on the most recent updates downloaded.
