nüvi 255W features junction view of intersections and exits, making unfamiliar intersections and exits easy to navigate. No more guessing which lane you need to be in to make an upcoming turn. Lane info guides you to the correct lane for an approaching turn or exit. Preloaded with Garmin City Navigator Singapore/Malaysia and MalSing maps, nüvi 255W is packed with destinations like hotels, restaurants, fuel, ATMs, and more. It even announces the name of exits and streets so you never have to take your eyes off the road. Simply touch the color display, find your destination, and follow nüvi 255W’s turn-by-turn voice directions.
Garmin has added advanced features to nuvi 255W but made it still simple-to-use and affordable. The device has realized the most popular features: junction view, lane info, and TTS. nuvi 255W will be available with dual map preloaded, and Garmin will also start providing free Malsingmaps download on www.garmin.com.sg* to Garmin users. Moreover, nüvi 255W users can update the junction view data on the Internet, and the support will be extended to nüvi 760** in late March.
