Dawn Iddings joined the Garmin team in 2008 and is responsible for all business development and non-aviation customer care. She oversees interactions in our North American customer care centers, as well as our dealer sales and marketing support for the Americas. Iddings also leads the development of strategic opportunities and key business partnerships. She is responsible for the strategic analysis, planning and development of internal business solutions and external business opportunities.
Iddings earned her bachelor’s in information technology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Garmin, Iddings spent more than 17 years in the healthcare technology industry in the areas of new product development, client sales and market entry strategies.
