2.1 The prices of products advertised for sale on the Site are as set out on the Site. All prices are in Australian dollars ($) inclusive of GST, and exclude delivery charges.
2.2 We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by Mastercard or Visa by completing the relevant details on the checkout page. (We do not accept credit cards where the address registered with the card issuer for the statement is outside Australia).

3.2 Your request will then be processed in accordance with our stated warranty policies and the requirements under Australian Consumer Law. Please note that under these laws, you are not entitled to a refund/exchange due to a simple change of mind or if the goods have been damaged or used in an unreasonable or unintended manner.
3.3 It should be noted that merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Opened software and downloadable items may not be refundable.

3.5 The returned item must include the issued Case No. for an approved refund or exchange to be processed.
4.1 Subject to availability, we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the products you have ordered as soon as possible after your order is accepted by us. Delivery will normally be made within 5-7 working days if the items are in stock.
4.2 We will deliver to the address specified in your order. We are only able to deliver to addresses in Australia.
5.1 You and we agree that Australian law applies to these Trading Terms and that any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Trading Terms will only be dealt with by the Australian courts.
